There is mismatch within my time zone and the assistants’ timezone, what do I do?

The time zone is defaulted to your calendar settings, to change your time zone please go here:  http://app.calendarhero.com/settings/meeting

You will need to uncheck the "learned" box and select your preferred time zone from the drop-down menu. Please note that GMT means Global Time - EST is GMT-5, for example.
