Campaigns are multi‑step, email marketing sequences you can design, schedule, and send to targeted CRM contacts and lists. You can personalize content, automate timing, and measure performance (sends, opens, clicks, unsubscribes) to improve results over time.
Campaigns help you send the right message to the right people at the right time. Use email marketing campaigns in Business App to deliver sequences of emails to contacts associated with your companies, nurture relationships, announce promotions, and drive engagement—all from within the CRM‑connected platform.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
How many emails can I send in a month?
A business can send up to 10,000 emails per month by default. Additional email sending may be available for purchase.
Can I add a Contact to an active campaign?
Yes. You can add eligible contacts or lists to an active campaign. New recipients will start from the beginning of the sequence.
How do I preview a campaign as a specific account?
Use the Preview option in the campaign builder to select a contact and see merge fields and links as your recipients would.
Where do I change the From name and email?
Go to Administration > Email Settings to configure the default sender name and email used by campaigns. See: Email Configuration
Why can't I create campaigns yet?
If you see a message that campaigns aren’t set up, reach out to your administrator to enable the feature for your account.
How do I build my audience for a campaign?
Create segments in CRM > Lists using static or smart lists, then select your list when configuring the campaign audience. See: Lists
Can I start a campaign from the Contacts table?
Yes. From a contact profile, use the Campaigns section to schedule, pause, or resume campaigns. See: Contacts
Can form submissions add people to campaigns?
Yes. Build an automation that triggers "When a form is submitted" to add the contact to a campaign or start a nurture workflow. See: Forms and Automations
Where do I troubleshoot email delivery issues?
Use Administration > Email History to review sent emails and statuses, then verify domain authentication and deliverability settings. See: Email History and Email Configuration
