Settings

CalendarHero settings let you control how your account works, how your assistant behaves, and how meetings are offered to invitees. Most settings apply globally but can be overridden at the meeting type level for greater precision.

Profile

Update your personal details at My Profile Settings.

  • Name — CalendarHero pulls your name from your login provider (Google or Microsoft). You can update it manually at any time.
  • Work location — Detected automatically, but editable in General Settings.
  • Time zone — Auto-detected and editable in General Meeting Settings.

Branding

Pro and Team plan users can customize the invitee experience with a logo, profile icon, and footer. Go to My Profile → Branding & Display to update these. Team admins can apply branding org-wide from Admin Settings.

Language

The web app is available in English only. The invitee scheduling page and notification emails support English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, and Swedish. You can pre-set the language per meeting type under Invitee Experience → Invitee Language, or set it to auto-detect from the invitee's browser.

The chat assistant understands messages in most languages but replies in English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese.

Account and billing

To view your current plan and upgrade options, go to Settings → Billing. Team plan billing is managed by your org administrator from the Admin Billing page.

  • Room Booking — integrate a room provider and book meeting spaces automatically
  • Account & Billing — email addresses, plans, cancellation, refunds, AppSumo
  • Troubleshooting — integration errors, Microsoft setup, duplicate notifications, timezone issues

Frequently asked questions

Does my assistant share my calendar with invitees?

No. CalendarHero only shows invitees your available time slots — never your calendar details, event titles, or attendee information.

How do I change the temperature unit for weather forecasts?

Go to My Profile Settings → Weather and switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius.

Can I import my settings from Calendly or another scheduling tool?

Yes. When creating a new meeting type, click Import Calendly or Import x.ai (CSV) to transfer your existing event type settings. Supported fields include title, duration, scheduling link, availability hours, buffer time, and invitee questions. After importing, review and customize the CalendarHero-specific settings before saving.

Can I set up SMS notifications?

SMS integration is no longer available for new connections. If you already have SMS connected to your account, your existing integration will continue to work. Existing SMS connections can be managed at Installed Integrations → Messenger.
