Content and data monitored by Social AI
Social AI tracks data on the Reach and Engagement (Facebook reactions, shares, likes, etc.) on all posts made through the app and in some instances, posts made outside of the product. This data appears in the Post Performance tab in Social AI. However, certain social networks restrict the information Social AI can pull in from posts published before an account has been connected to Social AI.
The tables below specify what kinds of posts and relevant information can be gathered by Social AI.
Newly-connected accounts
Once an account has been connected to Social AI, the app pulls in the following information for posts made on that account before it was connected.

Social AI pulls in historical data and post-performance for posts made organically through Facebook*, X**, Instagram, and GBP***.
- * Due to Facebook API restrictions, only data from the last 100 posts made before the connection date is reported within Social AI.
- ** Due to X API limitations, we support the last 10 posts for an active user (an active user is defined as having made at least one post in the last month).
- *** Due to Google Business Profile API restrictions, all previous posts are shown, but only reach and engagement data from 530 days before the connection date is reported within Social AI.

Frequently asked questions
Why can't I see older Facebook posts?
Due to Facebook's API policies, Social AI can only retrieve the last 100 posts published before the connection was made. Older history is not accessible via the API.
Why is my LinkedIn engagement data missing?
LinkedIn access is sometimes more restrictive. Ensure you have connected a Company Page (not a personal profile) and that you have the correct admin roles assigned to allow data syncing.
