BCC to CRM
BCC to CRM lets you automatically send a copy of your outgoing emails to your CRM by BCCing a unique email address. If your CRM provides a BCC or dropbox email address, Yesware can route your outbound messages there automatically.
This feature is available on Pro and Premium plans for Gmail users. Enterprise users with Salesforce Sync enabled do not need BCC to CRM — emails are synced automatically via the Salesforce integration.
Setting Up BCC to CRM in Gmail
- Click the Yesware dropdown in the left-hand corner of Gmail
- Select Preferences
- Under Integrations, scroll to BCC to CRM and toggle it on
- Enter your CRM's unique BCC email address
- Click Save & Reload
- When composing an email, confirm the CRM button is checked at the bottom of the compose window
Finding Your BCC Address by CRM
Each CRM stores its BCC address in a different place. Here's where to find it in popular tools:
| CRM | Where to find the BCC address |
|---|---|
| Salesforce | Your name (top right) > My Settings > Email > My Email to Salesforce |
| Pipedrive | Settings > Email integration settings |
| SugarCRM | Admin > Email Archiving |
| Capsule | My Preferences > Mail drop box |
| Zoho | See Zoho's BCC Dropbox guide |
Yesware does not support BCC to CRM with Microsoft Dynamics, as it does not support the BCC email feature required for this integration.
