Plans & Pricing

Yesware offers three plans: Pro, Premium, and Enterprise. To view current pricing and a full feature comparison, visit the Plans and Pricing page. All prices are per license per user.

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to app.yesware.com/account/plan
  2. Click the Upgrade button in the upper right corner, next to your email address
  3. Select your new plan and complete the checkout

Cancelling Your Plan

  1. Go to app.yesware.com/account/plan
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Cancel Renewal

Cancelling stops future charges. Your current plan features remain active until the end of your billing period. Since Yesware is subscription-based and billed in advance, no refunds are issued for unused time remaining in your term.

Updating Your Payment Method

Only Account Managers can update payment information.

  1. Go to the Payment Method page
  2. Enter your new card information and click Save

You can also find this page via Settings > Payment Methods > Update Card > Save.

Yesware accepts payment by credit card. PayPal is not accepted.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your account moves to the Free Plan at the end of your billing period. Your templates, campaigns, teams, and tracking history are preserved. See the Free Plan section in Installing Yesware for what's included.

Can I get a refund if I cancel mid-term?

No. Yesware is subscription-based and billed in advance. No refunds are provided for the unused remainder of a billing term.
