What are favorite Templates?

Favorite Templates allow you to quickly access your most frequently used Templates, saving them in a single, easy-to-access place. You can favorite a Template by clicking on the star next to the Template name.

Gmail Users

Favorite Templates will be stored under the "Favorites" tab at the top of the small Template modal in a Gmail compose window.

Outlook Users

Favorite Templates will be stored in the left hand menu under "My Favorites."
