Contact Us
What is Contact Us?
Contact us is a card at the bottom of your Business App navigation. Clicking it opens a window with ways to get help — which can include a message from your service provider, your assigned contact's details, a button to start a conversation, and a link to a support center.
What you see in the window depends on what your service provider has set up. Not every business sees every option.
Why is Contact Us important?
- Gives you one place to find help without leaving Business App
- Shows your assigned contact's details when your provider makes them available
- Lets you start a conversation with your provider, when that option is turned on
- Can link you straight to a support center with guides and articles, when your provider offers one
What's included with Contact Us?
- Message from your provider: An optional message that appears at the top of the window, above any other options shown
- Assigned contact card: The name and email of the team member assigned to your account, when your provider shows one
- Send message button: Starts a conversation with your provider, when enabled
- Support center link: A button that opens your provider's support center in a new browser tab, when enabled
How to use Contact Us
- Look for the Contact us card at the bottom of the left navigation in Business App.
- Click the card to open the Contact us window.
- Use whichever options are shown:
- Read any message from your provider at the top of the window.
- Review your assigned contact's name and email, if shown.
- Click Send message to start a conversation, if shown.
- Click the support button (for example, Visit support center) to open your provider's support resources in a new tab, if shown.
Additional details
- What appears in the Contact us window is controlled by your service provider, so the options you see can differ from what other businesses see.
- If your provider hasn't set up anything to show, the Contact us card doesn't appear in your navigation.
- The support center link always opens in a new browser tab, so Business App stays open in your original tab.
Frequently asked questions
Why don't I see a Contact us card in my navigation?
Your service provider controls what appears in the Contact us window. If they haven't enabled any options, the card doesn't show in your navigation.
Why can't I see my assigned contact's information?
Your service provider controls whether an assigned contact's name and email appear in the Contact us window. Contact your service provider if you need this information.
Why don't I see a "Send message" button?
The option to start a conversation from the Contact us window is set by your service provider. If it's off, you can still reply after your provider starts a conversation with you.
Where does the support center link take me?
It opens the support resource your service provider has linked, in a new browser tab. The exact destination and button text depend on what your provider has set up.
Can I customize what appears in the Contact us window?
No. What shows in the Contact us window — including any message, contact details, chat option, and support center link — is configured by your service provider.
Is the Contact us window the same as the Conversations inbox?
No. The Contact us window is a quick way to reach your provider or find support resources. Conversations you start from it appear alongside your other messages in Conversations.
Does clicking the support center link take me away from Business App?
No. It opens in a new browser tab, so Business App stays open in your original tab.
Who do I contact if a link in the Contact us window isn't working?
Reach out to your service provider — they control the links and content shown in the Contact us window.
