Your time zone

CalendarHero automatically detects your time zone from your calendar settings when you sign up. To view or update it, go to General Meeting Settings.

If the detected time zone is incorrect, uncheck the Learned box next to the time zone field and select your preferred time zone from the dropdown. CalendarHero automatically adjusts for daylight saving time.

Invitee time zones

When an invitee opens your scheduling page, CalendarHero automatically detects their time zone from their browser and displays your available times in their local time. Invitees can also manually change the time zone using the dropdown in the top-right corner of the scheduling page.

Once a meeting is scheduled, confirmation emails and upcoming meeting reminders sent to invitees use their detected time zone — so attendees in different locations always see the correct local time.

Frequently asked questions

What if an invitee is in a different time zone than me?

CalendarHero handles this automatically. Your availability is displayed in the invitee's local time zone on the scheduling page, and their confirmation and reminder emails reflect the meeting time in their time zone. You don't need to do anything — the conversion happens behind the scenes.

How do I know which time zone CalendarHero is using for me?

Go to General Meeting Settings and check the Time Zone field. If it shows Learned, CalendarHero has auto-detected it. Uncheck Learned to set it manually.
