Chat Platforms

CalendarHero works inside your favorite chat platforms. Once connected, you can schedule meetings using natural language — for example, "Book a meeting with Tom next week" — directly from your chat app. Your assistant responds in-thread and handles all the back-and-forth.

To add a chat platform, go to the Integration Directory → Chat tab.

Slack

Add CalendarHero to Slack to schedule meetings, get meeting briefings, access people insights, and more — without leaving your workspace.

  2. Select your Slack workspace
  3. Search for CalendarHero in the Slack Apps directory and add it
  4. Send a direct message to CalendarHero under Recent Apps to get started

Once installed, chat with your assistant by selecting CalendarHero under your recent apps. Your assistant responds to natural language requests — say "Help" to see what you can ask.

Chatting in a channel — You can add CalendarHero to a shared channel by typing /invite @CalendarHero. When messaging in a channel, start each request with @CalendarHero so your assistant knows you're talking to them. Direct messages don't require this prefix.

Frequently asked questions

How do I set up CalendarHero for my entire Microsoft organization?
