Merge fields
Merge fields let you personalize templates for each recipient. Yesware supports three types:
| Type | What it does |
|---|---|
| Text Field | A free-form blank you fill in at send time |
| Dropdown Field | A pick-list with up to 5 options you define |
| Salesforce Field (Enterprise only) | Auto-fills from the matching Contact or Lead record |
See Merge Fields for step-by-step setup.
