Move Templates Between Folders

Move a template in Gmail

1. Select the Templates menu at the top of Gmail.
2. Find and click the template you want to move.
3. Click More at the bottom of the window, then select Move Template.
4. Choose the destination folder and click Move Template.

Moving a template to a team folder requires Team Leader permissions.

Move a template in the Yesware App

1. Go to app.yesware.com/template_library/manage.
2. Find the template, click More, then Move Template.
3. Select the destination folder and click Move Template.

After making changes in the Yesware App, refresh your email to see updates in the extension.

Reorder templates

Navigate to any folder and click Custom Sort. Drag and drop templates into your preferred order.
