Credits
Vibe uses credits to measure AI activity. Your subscription includes a credit allowance per billing period, and you can purchase additional credit packs when you need more.
How credits work
A credit is used each time you send a message to Vibe. How many credits a message costs depends on the complexity of the task. Each Vibe subscription includes a credit allowance that resets each billing period.

Credits are tied to the account they were issued to and cannot be transferred to other accounts. You can check your remaining balance under Administration > AI Settings > Credits. This section appears only when you have an active product that uses AI credits.
When your included credits are used up, Vibe opens an Upgrade dialog where you can complete checkout directly in Business App, with no support ticket or wait time required. The dialog shows the image and description for each available plan or add-on so you know what you're purchasing before you check out.

Add-on credits
Add-on credit packs are available for purchase in sizes of 10,000, 25,000, 50,000, and 100,000 credits. For current pricing, open the Upgrade dialog in Business App. It shows the image and description for each available add-on before you check out.
Plan credits and add-on credits behave differently at the end of a billing period:
- Plan credits, the allowance included with your Standard or Pro subscription, expire at the end of the month they're issued in.
- Add-on credits issued before October 1, 2026 carry over from month to month as long as the add-on remains active. If you cancel an add-on, any carried-over balance expires at cancellation.
- Add-on credits issued on or after October 1, 2026 carry forward for two months from the date they're issued.
For example, on the Pro plan you receive 25,000 credits per month. If you add a 10,000-credit add-on, you have 35,000 credits available for the month. If you use only 27,500 of them, the remaining 7,500 add-on credits carry over to next month. You start the next month with your fresh 25,000 Pro credits, plus the 7,500 carried-over credits, plus any new add-on credits you purchase.
Top-up credit packs
Top-up credit packs are one-time credit purchases available in four sizes: 10,000, 25,000, 50,000, and 100,000 credits. They add credits to your account immediately, without waiting for your next monthly renewal date. There's no limit on how many top-up packs you can purchase.
Each top-up pack is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Top-up packs are useful when unexpected usage puts you at risk of running out of credits before your billing cycle ends. Your monthly plan and add-on credits cover ongoing usage, and a top-up pack covers usage beyond that.
Credit expiration order
If your account holds credits from more than one source, Vibe deducts from whichever bucket expires soonest first:
- Daily credits (Free plan) expire each day.
- Monthly plan credits (Standard and Pro) expire within the month they're issued in.
- Add-on credits issued before October 1, 2026 carry over as long as the add-on stays active, and expire if you cancel it.
- Add-on credits issued on or after October 1, 2026 carry forward for two months from the date issued.
- Top-up pack credits expire 12 months from the purchase date.
Because top-up credits have the longest expiration window, they're used last.

What does the Free plan include?
The Free plan includes 250 credits per day, refreshed every 24 hours. For example, if you use all 250 credits on a given day, your balance refreshes the following day so you can keep building.
How do Standard and Pro plan credits work?
The credits included with your Standard or Pro subscription are part of that month's plan. Any unused balance expires at the end of the billing period it was issued in and does not carry forward. Your balance resets to your plan's full monthly amount at the start of the next cycle.
How do add-on credit packs work?
Add-on credits carry over as long as your base subscription remains active. For example, on the Pro plan you receive 25,000 credits per month. If you add a 10,000-credit add-on, you have 35,000 credits available for the month. If you use only 27,500 of them, the remaining 7,500 add-on credits carry over to next month. Can I stop a generation to save credits?
Yes. Click the Stop button in the chat input while a generation is running. It halts almost instantly, keeps your last working preview on screen, and returns your prompt to the input box so you can edit and resend it.
What happens to my unused credits if I deactivate my base subscription?
Deactivating your base subscription (Free, Standard, or Pro) immediately cancels all associated add-on and top-up credits and removes your Vibe projects from Business App. Download any project backups before you deactivate.
