Inbox Preferences

You can customize several Gmail inbox features directly from Yesware Preferences. To access these settings, click the Yesware dropdown in the top left of Gmail, select Preferences, then click Inbox.

Add to Campaign Button

The Add to Campaign button appears next to recipient email addresses in your Gmail threads. To show or hide it:

  1. Go to Yesware > Preferences > Inbox
  2. Toggle Add a Recipient to a Campaign from an Email on or off
  3. Click Save & Reload

Response Insights Widget

The Response Insights widget appears in your email threads. To show or hide it:

  1. Go to Yesware > Preferences > Inbox
  2. Toggle Response Insights — Composer Widget on or off
  3. Click Save & Reload

Restoring Response Insights in the Sidebar

On the Enterprise plan, the Yesware sidebar shows Contacts, Salesforce, Campaigns, and LinkedIn. If Response Insights has been replaced by LinkedIn Sales Navigator, you can restore it by disabling the LinkedIn integration:

  1. Go to Yesware > Preferences > Integrations
  2. Scroll to LinkedIn Sales Navigator and toggle it Off
  3. Click Save & Reload
