Mobile App

BusinessApp.io is the official mobile app that gives you access to your dashboard communications and key features on the go. The app provides push notifications for new leads and messages so you never miss important customer interactions.

System requirements​

  • iOS: Requires iOS 13.0 or later
  • Android: Requires Android 5.1 or later
  • App Size: Approximately 219.5 MB

Login process​

Step 1: Download and install​

  1. Download BusinessApp.io from your device's app store
  2. Install the app on your mobile device

Step 2: Log in with OTP​

  1. Open the app and enter your login credentials (same as the web version)
  2. Check your email for a one-time password (OTP)
  3. Enter the OTP code in the app to complete authentication

Step 3: Choose account (if applicable)​

  • If your email is associated with multiple accounts, select the appropriate one
  • If you only have access to one account, you are logged in automatically
  • To switch accounts, log out and repeat the login process

Progressive Web App (PWA)​

You can also add the web version of your dashboard to your home screen as a Progressive Web App:

  • iOS (Safari): Open your dashboard URL, tap Share, choose Add to Home Screen, and confirm the shortcut name.
  • Android (Chrome): Open your dashboard URL, tap the three-dot menu, select Install App, then confirm adding it to the home screen.

Troubleshooting​

Login issues​

I'm not receiving the OTP email
  • Check spam/junk folders
  • Verify your email address is correct
  • Wait 2–3 minutes for delivery
  • Try resending the code
I see multiple accounts when logging in

This is normal if your email is associated with multiple accounts. Select the correct account for your business.

Notification issues​

I'm not getting push notifications
  • Ensure notifications are enabled in your device settings
  • Check that the app has notification permissions
  • Restart the app and try again
How do I enable notifications?
  1. Go to device Settings → Notifications
  2. Find BusinessApp.io in the app list
  3. Enable Allow Notifications
  4. Configure alert styles as preferred

Feature access​

Some features are missing compared to the web version

Not all web features are available on mobile yet. Core communication and CRM features are prioritized. Additional features are added in regular updates.

Why do some pages open in the browser?

Some complex features haven't been adapted for mobile yet. These open in your mobile browser automatically. Full mobile versions are planned for future releases.

Account access​

Can I stay logged in to multiple accounts?

No, you can only be logged in to one account at a time. To switch accounts, log out and log back in with a different selection.
