Filtering Reports

Both the Email Activity and Templates Reports support filtering and sorting to help you zero in on the data that matters. Note: the Email Activity Report includes both tracked and untracked messages; the Templates Reports include only templates sent in tracked messages.

Email Activity Report

In the Email Activity Report, filter by:

  • Reporting period — Choose a date range
  • Filter users by — Narrow to a specific team
  • Sort by — Choose a metric to sort on

Advanced filters:

  • Exclude My Data — Remove your own stats from the table and team averages
  • Exclude Users Without Activity — Hide team members with no emails sent in the selected period
  • Include Colleague Emails — Include emails sent to people at your own domain (excluded by default)

Templates Reports (By User and By Template)

In the Templates Reports, filter by reporting period, team, and metric. Advanced filters include:

  • Exclude My Data — Remove your own template stats
  • Exclude Users Without Activity (By User only) — Hide team members with no template activity
  • Exclude Templates Without Activity (By Template only) — Hide templates that haven't been used
  • Exclude Personal Templates Usage — Show only shared Team Templates
  • Include Colleague Emails — Include templates sent to colleagues at your own domain (excluded by default)
