Email Activity Report

The Email Activity Report provides a quick overview of how you've been using Yesware to communicate with your prospects. You can pull the report for yourself or your teams, and download up to 365 days of data as a CSV.

Metrics included

  • Number of Emails Sent — Total messages sent from your Yesware email account, including Campaign emails and Send Later emails (Gmail)
  • Number of Emails Tracked — Total messages sent with open tracking or attachment tracking turned on
  • Open Percentage Rate — Of all tracked messages sent, the fraction that received at least one open, link click, attachment view, or reply
  • Reply Percentage Rate — Of all tracked messages sent within a thread, the fraction that received at least one reply
  • Number of Emails Sent to CRM Enabled — Total messages sent with the CRM sync box checked
  • Percent of Emails Sent to CRM Enabled — Fraction of all emails sent (tracked or untracked) that had CRM sync enabled

Click Download Report to export the data to a CSV.
