Templates Report

The Templates Report shows the usage and performance of your templates, so sales leaders can see which templates are performing well and team members can follow what's working. You can filter and sort the data by reporting period for more targeted analysis.

Templates by Template​

Breaks down performance by each individual template:

  • Template — Name of each unique template
  • Users — Total number of users who sent tracked emails using that template
  • Open Percentage Rate — Of all tracked emails using that template, the percent that received at least one open
  • Reply Percentage Rate — Of all tracked emails using that template, the percent that received at least one reply

CSV export​

Download up to 365 days of template activity for you and your team. The CSV includes:

  • Templates Used — Number of unique templates inserted into tracked emails
  • Number of Emails Tracked with a Template — Total tracked emails that included at least one template
  • Open Percentage Rate — Of tracked emails with a template, the percent that received at least one open
  • Reply Percentage Rate — Of tracked emails with a template, the percent that received at least one reply
