Google Analytics (GA4)

Business App can integrate with a Google Analytics 4 property to surface analytics in reporting.

Connect Google Analytics 4​

  1. In Business App, go to Administration → Integrations → Browse.
  2. Click the Google Analytics (GA4) card.
  3. On the marketing page, click Add Connection.
  4. Sign in to your Google account and authorize access.

FAQ​

Does this support Universal Analytics (UA)?

No. Only GA4 properties are supported.

What permissions are required?

Your Google account must have access to the GA4 property you are linking.

Where will I see the data?

Relevant metrics appear in Website Pro and Business App reporting.
